I suggest to do it without a vecomer, if you only need a basket, it will give the opportunity to make the site faster and faster.
I will do with minimal use of plugins, but at the same time I guarantee that the site will be fully dynamic and the administrator will be able to add/change content on the site without any problems.
We will also leave most pages with old URLs so that there is no huge breakthrough in SEO.
I have more than 5 years of experience with WordPress, so I am sure I will be able to do this.

К сожалению ТЗ нету у нас. Есть только дизайн сайта я Вам отправлю ссылку и комментарий от Дизайнера. Необходимо сделать верстку дизайна сайта. Сделать оптимизацию + адаптацию под моб версию, планшет ПК + сделать Woocomerce поставить плагин. Ну и оптимизацию с точки зрения программирования. Я не силен в языке программирования поэтому не могу конкретно сформулировать ТЗ
