Якщо врахувати, що УТП на звичайних (а не на керованих) формах, то модифікувати її для роботи у веб чи мобільному клієнті - трохи проблематично.Хочу звернути Вашу увагу на конфігурацію УНФ. Останнім часом вона якось несподівано для мене розвинулась (буквально вчора заглянув в останню її версію і був дуже здивований). Вона прекрасно працює у мобільному клієнті (я вчора експериментував із створенням замовлення-наряду з мобільного клієнта). До того ж в ній повно приємних інтеграційних фішок (СМС-повідомлення, Телеграм-боти і багато іншого - прямо з коробки).
Ну а якщо перехід на УНФ, на Ваш погляд не вихід, то можна спробувати розробити окремий мобільний додаток, який буде працювати як віддалена міні-база, що регулярно обмінюється інформацією з УТП, та дає користувачу можливість виконувати функції, які Вам потрібні. -

Гарний варіант, але покищо у нашій УТП є масса доробок, які не легко буде перенести на нову платформу. Що Ви скажете, якщо зробити автоматичний обмін документами між УТП та УНФ? На скільки це реально і складно? А мобільний додаток уже буде брати інформацію з УНФ.

Я не великий прихильник обмінів. Тому мені ця ідея не подобається.
Але може спрацювати.
До того ж, можна таким чином потроху переносити всі Ваші доробки (разом з відповідними даними) з УТП в УНФ.
Правда, якщо у Вас повно доробок, то щоб не вийшло так, що для того, щоб Ви в мобільному додатку побачили те, що хочете бачити, потрібно буде спершу всі Ваші доробки перенести з УТП в УНФ. -
Розробку мобільного додатку для обміну з УТП оцінювати?
Чи Ви розраховуєте на 3000 грн? В останньому випадку мені немає ніякого сенсу братись за оцінку, бо сама оцінка буде більше коштувати. -
