Необходимо допилить по API интеграцию облачной АТС от Binotel с AmoCRM. Что необходимо:
- автоматический экспорт нового телефонного номера при входящем звонке в AmoCRM с формированием карточки клиента;
- автоматическое создание сделки под новую карточку клиента с присвоением первого этапа воронки продаж установленной по умолчанию.
- при повторном звонке - автоматический экспорт имени звонящего из AmoCRM в CRM Binotel.
