Automate woo does not identify all customers and orders after import, so the return process does not start for all customers who meet the criterion "not purchased in the last 90 days".
For example, on the website teidantukku.fi Automate Woo identifies only 74 customers with whom the work process begins. About 6,000 customers have been imported, and the work process has to start for most of them. Importing historical data also shows a message of error.
