Пишу вам щодо наступного проекту:
Ищу виртуального ассистента на неделю работы (с 11 по 16 января включительно).
Обязательные требования:
1. Доступность на протяжении рабочего дня (10:00 - 18:00) по Украинскому времени.
2. Хороший уровень письменного английского.
3. Частичная доступность 7 и 8 декабря для небольшого обучения и обсуждения деталей.
Суть работы:
1. Составление и отправка сообщений для клиентов, а также живая переписка с клиентами на английском языке;
2. Мониторинг ответа от клиентов;
3. Передача некоторых проектов и ответов от клиентов команде разработчиков, а также, редактирование и отправка сообщений от разработчиков в обратную сторону;
4. Взаимодействие с CRM.
