All 3d models and 2d drawings exist as pre-sets and need only to be modified and adapted to new measurements. Scope of work: 1.⁠ ⁠Adjust furniture layout to the new location. The quality of the renders is very basic 4.⁠ ⁠⁠2D technical drawings: walls and partitions, sanitary, electricity, lighting, flooring, wall finishes, walls elevations, bar counter elevation, cake display furniture drawings adjustments. No need elevation and furniture drawings for the kitchen. All drawings are very simple level execution, not detailed. Each drawing will be provided to be used for adjustments. Here are the technical assumptions for the under-stair closet I am building: Space: A niche with a width of approx. 374 cm, height of 254 cm, and an unusual depth of exactly 100 cm. Movement concept: The closet consists of 5 independent, full-size modules (boxes) that slide completely out of the niche into the hallway. The tops of the modules are cut at an angle to match the staircase. Mechanics and load distribution: At a depth of 100 cm, a fully loaded box will be extremely heavy.
