Нужно сделать динамическую визуальную версию сервиса.
Основные функции. регистрация. и Личный кабинет пользователя,
Личный кабинет должен работать так, как это будет на основном проекте.
Но только наглядно, никаких функций внедрять не надо практически.
Например. При нажатие на кнопку А, какое - либо действие совершается на кнопке Б.
И отображается на графике.

Честно говоря, не совсем понятно, что нужно сделать и какую логику несет сервис! Абстрактное "если" - "то" - "иначе", не даст Вам правильные ответы по срокам и цене, в итоге получите не то, что хотели! Уточните, функциональное назначение, потом исходя из этого можно озвучить цену и сроки!
