Graphics should be simple, so it doesn't take up too much time
Background music should be added
Exercise names and their sequence are indicated in the file names
Set the duration of exercises so that the exercise timer is a multiple of 5 (30 / 35 / 40 - currently not important)
The Next Up exercise should be clearly shown 10 seconds before the exercise timer ends

Requirements for Color Correction

We are focusing on a warm chocolate-mocha palette, but without yellowing of the frame (examples are close in color atmosphere: example 1, example 2, example 3)
It is also necessary to immediately trim the beginning and end of the video, so that the video only contains "1-2 seconds of starting position - execution of the exercise - 1-2 seconds of starting position"
Remove sound from the video
Adapt the frame so that the model fits into the safe zone:
- our model with the mat should fit in the central third of the screen
- + 10% from the top and 25% from the bottom - safe zones for the timer and trimming the file with the app
