Water supply, old house
I am fighting with the housing maintenance service. An old building, I am on the 4th floor. The pressure is 1.5 bar but there is no water. On the floors: the 1st and 2nd floors have 3/4" pipes. On the 3rd floor, there is already an old, clogged 1/2" pipe. On the 1st floor, there is a commercial establishment, on the 2nd floor an empty apartment, on the 3rd floor 2 apartments, and on my floor 2 apartments on the riser. I know that there are standards in the building regulations and that the water supply I receive does not meet those standards. It is necessary to show the district state administration that the housing maintenance service is obliged to replace the pipes. Help me!
