1. Main focus of the work
The engineer will be engaged in the integration of telephone stations and systems, rather than administering the existing infrastructure.
A person is needed who can write code and create connectors, not just configure telephony.
2. Key technologies
CSTA – signaling protocol: must be known. This is the main tool for integration with telephone stations.
Programming languages: Bash and Python for writing scripts, modifications, and connectors.
3. Main tasks
Development and integration of solutions for SORM systems (voice recording, call monitoring, and other functions for government customers, including railway stations and government agencies).
Creation and implementation of a connector between telephone stations using the CSTA protocol.
Participation in call center projects: configuration and refinement of solutions according to customer requirements.
Support for presales: obtaining information from telephone stations, assisting in the implementation of commercial solutions.
Implementation of a new product together with the manager.
4. What is NOT required
A classic telephony administrator is not needed (configuration of PBX, basic support).
Specialists who can only configure, without programming and integration skills, are not required.
5. Work format
Can be project-based/hourly payment with part-time engagement or regular collaboration.
