Requirements:

Next, what the beginner couldn't do:
5. It is necessary for the operator to be able to send a message to the department (where certain employees are registered) or to several departments at once, about a price change or other service information, but it should be both text and photo.
Don't judge too harshly, I played with this for the first time yesterday, but yesterday I had time and inspiration, and today I need a product and help from a specialist, not an amateur. Please state your service fees. I am waiting for feedback.
