We are looking for a performer with experience in implementing ERP systems in B2B companies that operate in the clothing and footwear trade. Currently, we are working with BAS accounting and are faced with the choice of whether to deploy trade management in BAS or choose another ERP solution and synchronize BAS accounting with it. We are open to suggestions.
Some basic things that are needed are:
1. Customer card
- Segment / Customer assortment.
- Event history
2. Nomenclature
- Hierarchy and classification (Categories / Subcategories)
- Nomenclature characteristics (Accounting by Size, Color, Season, Brand).
3. Order management
- Creating orders
- Mechanism for reserving goods for orders
- Tracking the stages of order fulfillment (created, awaiting payment, being assembled, shipped).
4. Reports and sales analytics by:
- customers,
- managers,
- specific SKUs (sizes and colors).
5. Inventory accounting and shipping:
- Accounting for stock balances by sizes/colors.
- Functionality for quick assembly and generation of shipping documents.
- Conducting inventory.
6. Accounting for mutual settlements:
- Automatic control of accounts receivable for B2B clients.
- Accounting for payments and linking to invoices/orders.
