тупые боты заполняют все поля и будете знать что данный заказ спам - а гугл Даст рост вашему сайту из за обилия заказов

Не поправят - они же не знают об успешности или нет операции. Для них - всё нормально - бот работает, окошко с благодарностью появляется но форма уже никого не тревожит..

Можно добавить скрытый инпут. Если при отправке формы он будет заполнен - значит это робот и значит форма не будет направлена на сервер(к сотрудникам). Стандартное решение.
