А можно формулу, по которой вы вычислили число 98?
А то пишут 98, а в результате даже 89 по правкам не готово.

справедливый вопрос, но продуктивнее было бы самому глянуть уже бот (прикреплен ведь) и вычислить свой процент недоработок, чем иронизировать о вычислениях заказчика

Я не люблю, когда люди, которые в глаза не видели код, оценивают его. Не надо писать, что он готов на 98%, если вы этого точно не знаете. Напишите "полностью", "почти все работает", "все работает, но нужны правки", "исправить несколько багов" и не будет вопросов. Был у меня такой заказчик, написал что 97% готово. В итоге писать пришлось с 0, потому что не работало ровным счётом ничего. По словам заказчика, как позднее оказалось, "работает все, но везде небольшие баги". Не надо так делать🤷♂️
