It is necessary to calculate the structure of the terrace (made of wood; the site is in the mountains - high snow load), calculate the structure of the sauna, develop a 3D model (photorealistic renders are not needed) and prepare drawings (facades, sections, site plan). A small complication: the documentation and drawings must comply with a specific format. Nothing special, but markings, colors of materials, and other details must adhere to a certain format. I will provide samples. In the attached files, there is an unfinished model for a general understanding of the concept.

A technical or design project is needed to start the renovation of a residential building with an area of 69m2. The layout will be attached below.
