In order to be SEO-friendly, it is worth using Nuxt, as it will allow adding meta fields.
It is also worth discussing the entire tech stack, whether ts is needed, or if a UI library can be used for speed.
We also need to see the apidoc, the layout, agree on the details, as there might be something missing on the reference site that you want to have. After drafting the development plan, we can start working.
I can start on Monday, and it will take at least 14-21 days to complete everything with quality and good testing.
