WebRTC for Android application

Task:
Add video and audio call functionality via WebRTC to the existing Android application (Kotlin) for a platform with multiple pharmacies.
Goal:
The client can call the selected pharmacy (audio or video). The pharmacy receives an incoming call on its device (in the same application, under its account).
Behavior:
For an incoming audio call — the pharmacy displays a screen with "Accept" or "Decline" buttons.
For a video call — the pharmacy is first offered to choose: "Answer with video" or "Audio only", or "Decline".
After accepting the call, a connection is established via WebRTC.
Requirements:
Use of the Kotlin language.
Use of WebRTC for audio/video transmission.
Binding the call to a specific pharmacy (by ID or account).
Client UI: selection of call type.
Pharmacy UI: incoming call screen with appropriate options.
Handling call rejection, hang-up, and termination from both sides.
Support for a multi-user architecture (many clients and pharmacies).

The scenario will be simple. The client selects audio or video and starts the call. The pharmacy sees the incoming call screen. For audio — the buttons "Accept" or "Decline". For video — options "Answer with video", "Answer audio only" or "Decline". After acceptance, the connection is established via WebRTC. Both parties can end or decline the call, and each call will be linked to the account of the required pharmacy.
