і те що у вас використовується бутстрап, це ніяк не впливає на те що тут треба писати кастомні стилі.

було б добре спочатку побачити з якими файлами працювати, та взагалі чи буде ваша тема підтримувати зміни такого типу, оскільки якщо тема куплена, то в цьому можуть бути великі проблеми, із-за захисту який може бути вбудований в тему.
