3. После выбора способа доставки появляется Select под выбранным способом доставки, с названиями улиц или отделений (зависит от способа доставки) соответствующего города (api новой почты);
4. В зависимости от выбранного способа доставки отображаются определенные способы оплаты как radio buttons под способами доставки;
