Technical task:
Product: Rotor of complex geometry, operating at 5000+ RPM.
Materials: We are considering only high-temperature composites (PEEK, PEKK, ULTEM) or technologies with continuous reinforcement (Carbon Fiber / Kevlar / Fiberglass CFF).
Requirements: We need not just a printer, but a technologist who can calculate the layer orientation and reinforcement method so that the structure is not torn apart by centrifugal force.
From you: 1. Experience with industrial printers (Markforged, Stratasys or analogs). 2. Understanding of dynamic tensile loads. 3. Willingness to discuss reinforcement of critical nodes of the structure.
