Размер баннера 1590(длина) и 400(высота). Размер текста расположить так, чтобы текст находился в центре баннера, по середине, но не на весь баннер. Примерное соотношение 1\2, на ваше усмотрение стиль, цветовая гамма, шрифт хотелось бы неизбитый.
