Максимально точно определить координаты точек в полярной системе координат и угол между ними. На схеме это координаты точек P1 и P2 ( в полярной системе) и угол Alfa между ними.

На изображение диск с двумя точками в проекции (эллипс). Радиус диска в полярных координатах можно принять за единицу.
