    При правильных настройках рейд должен сам восстановиться при замене диска. А вот некоторые программы могут лицензиями привязываться к серийнику диска.
    В любом случае предварительно сделайте бэкап.

    Попробуйте в биосе посмотреть - может нужно в ручную подключить к рейду.
