Задача довольно интересная, нужно сверху страницы запретить любое выполнение JS скриптов ниже, возможно можно воспользоваться
<meta http-equiv="Content-Script-Type" content="text/javascript">
или подобным чем-то, что сможет сделать запрет браузеру.
