На данном этапе хочу понять примерную стоимость проекта и выбрать исполнителя.
Суть проекта. Кратко, любой человек может вложить деньги (под процент указанный на сайте) и в любой момент их вывести, но не раньше чем через сутки
Админка, здесь единственный обязательный функционал - это выставлять %. Возможно нужно будет еще что-то, обсудим.
Что может пользователь:
1. Человек заходя на сайт регистрируется логин, пароль, e-mail
2. есть возможность включить и выключить звук (звук падающих монет)
3. Вводим деньги в систему через обменник (это я так думаю)
4. выводим деньги из системы через обменник (это я так думаю)
5. на сайт зачисляются $ (т.е. пополнять можно любой валютой, но деньги попадая в систему, переводятся в $)
6. на сайте доллары переводятся в центы
