Starting Crystal Report
1 . File name and where it is (W:\test.rpt)
2nd The name of the folder where the exported file will be stored.
Three Connection to MS SQL (server name, database name, user name and password)
4 . The parameters. At the moment in our report 3 parameters start_data, end_date, location. These parameters will be generated in the batch (*.bat) file.
and 5. Flag - print (1) or print and email (2)
6 . Not mandatory parameter - email address
The Crystal Report file is already made.
An example of how it should look:
run_crystal.ehe “W:\test.rpt”, “R:\Folder Name\Folder Name”, “mssql_server_name,database_name,username,password”, parameters, 2, “[email protected]”
The program code is mandatory.
