Вопрос по визуализации. Вы написали, что домик будет находиться в живописном месте на побережье моря. Есть два варианта показать эту местность:
1. моделировать это окружение (камни, песок, растительность), но это влияет на цену
2. поместить рендер домика на фото существующей местности, там, где он и должен находиться по проекту.Как Вы думаете?

В принципе оба варианта имеют место быть.
Для меня более важен вопрос визуализации самого домика и прилегающей зоны. -
В таком случае целесообразнее, думаю, пойти более простым и менее затратным путем - сделать домик и окружение рядом, если захотите показать природу местности - поставить на фото.
