Zoho CRM / Zoho One — setting up processes for a network of restaurants and warehouses

Welcome!

We are looking for a specialist in Zoho CRM to perform a number of tasks within the framework of the restaurant and warehouse network. The project is being implemented in the USA, using the Zoho One plan.

We have several restaurants where products are produced. Then they are moved between other restaurants and to warehouses. It is necessary to build an effective accounting system for these processes within Zoho — from adding products to the logic of movements and re-evaluation of goods.

Examples of tasks:

• Bulk addition of products to the warehouse using an already connected scanner: the label with data about the type and quantity of the product is scanned, after which the system automatically adds the corresponding quantity to the selected warehouse.
  In the same window, when scanning the next label, the system should move to the next line and add another product with the corresponding quantity indicated on the new label. The operator should also have the ability to edit each line manually, if necessary.

• Logic of movements between restaurants and warehouses: it is necessary to implement rules under which, when moving goods between certain points, there is an automatic price change.

The specified tasks are provided as examples.
A complete list of tasks will be provided to the potential performer for review and assessment.
The estimated duration of the project is 1–2 months, with the possibility of extending cooperation.

Requirements:

• Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Flow

• Understanding of logistics, warehouse accounting, turnover

• Ability to implement processes using Zoho One
