1. Accounting for Produced Products
It is necessary to reflect all types of products that are:
In production process
Already produced and in stock
Each product unit should have the following parameters:
Name
Barcode or encoding
Status: In production / Produced
Quantity
2. Production Order
Ability to create a production order that:
Can consist of several smaller internal orders
Includes a list of required items (name, volume, deadlines)
Displays execution status
3. Warehouse Accounting
The system should display:
Total stock in the warehouse for each item
History of receipts and transfers
Source of batch origin (if needed for pharmaceutical tracking)
4. Internal Transfers
Ability to record movement of goods:
From production to warehouse
From warehouse back to production (if required)
Between sections/shops within production
5. Goods Write-off
The system should have a write-off function:
For reasons (e.g., "used by employee", "defect", "transferred for testing")
With indication of responsible person
With date and quantity marked
