В рамках ликбеза - формат dwg можно получить не только автокадом - почти любая САПР умеет сохранять детали в этом формате, а вот ограничивать себя исключительно 2D чертежами сейчас, когда полно 3D редакторов, в которых такой проект делается быстрее, а результат наглядней - очень странное решение
