I am looking for another Python specialist for ongoing collaboration. According to those who worked for me, adding a function, writing code for checking and removing links from articles won't take much time. I am not sharing the source code; it is a personalized program with confidential data. No GitHub. Please send the code in an archive. Everyone who worked with me connected through any program, for example, Anydesk, if my editor and compiler PyCharm are not convenient for you, then you connected and copied the necessary fragment of code. You wrote it in your editor, returned back, and replaced the old code. I can compile the new version of the program myself; that is not a problem. This approach worked for everyone who collaborated with me. I can immediately make a backup in the project. I can add funds for the inconvenience. I understand everything! But please understand me! There will be no need to write a lot of code.
Task!
I have a function in the parser. Download image. I insert links to images in a block. And it downloads them. It's simple!
What needs to be done. The parser should have a button to select a file. I will upload an Excel file into it. In the file, there will be articles in HTML markup format, with code, tags, and attributes, in short. Each article has a link in the following format a href: https://тест.ком/image/image123456.jpg
It is necessary to write a function (logic). So that it goes through these links from the articles. And downloads the images. Attention! The images that it cannot download, and their response code is logically not 200, but 404 or another that means it cannot be downloaded. The parser needs to remove the link along with the a href tag from the article's code. And remove it from the Image column, where the links are. Also important! I have a column in Excel that contains links to images from the articles. Perhaps everything can be simplified as much as possible. It would go through these columns with links to images, download the images that can be downloaded. Then it would make a list of URLs for which the images were not downloaded, and then it would go through the column with articles and remove these links from the articles. Perhaps this is better and easier to write. Important! Just make sure it does not touch the domain. But only the names of the images themselves. Because the domain names in these two columns are different. In the articles, the links have one domain. And in the column with links from which they are downloaded, there are different domains.
Example:
In the Content column. Where the articles are, the link to the image: site.com/image12345.jpg
In the Image column. Where the links to download images are: test.com/image12345.jpg
But it is not a problem for it to go through the article links by image names like image12345.jpg and remove the links along with their tags.
About the parser itself.
The code is written in Python. Requests to the server are made through aiohttp because the project is asynchronous, meaning requests are sent to the server in parallel, not sequentially. The build is done through the PyInstaller library. I run the .exe program, and the command line opens. The parser itself opens in the browser, locally at address 127: and so on.
