Engraving is planned. The engraving will use text in both Ukrainian and Elvish languages. The Elvish text is already available and is written in the Tengwar Telcontar font, with the peculiarity that the letters themselves denote consonants, while the superscript/subscript symbols denote vowels.
A design for a short text of 28 characters in Ukrainian (without spaces) needs to be created using a font similar to Tengwar Telcontar. This includes superscript and subscript marks for vowel letters. This font does not have symbols for the Ukrainian language. Instead of vowel letters, it will be necessary to use superscript and/or subscript symbols to create a shorter text. Specifically, replace the vowels with superscript/subscript symbols, as this will be engraving and the space for this engraving is limited. The symbols for the vowel letters should preferably be selected either from those existing in the Tengwar Telcontar font or something new can be invented, but the symbols should be as similar as possible to the Tengwar Telcontar font, while also resembling at least distantly the vowel letter they replace.
For example, if you need to write the syllable "sa", then instead of the letter "a", a superscript or subscript symbol should be used. For "a", I think the most logical choice would be to use 3 dots in a triangle, as in the movie The Lord of the Rings, because, firstly, this superscript mark was used as a decoration above the English "a" when writing English text in the film, and secondly, in shape, such a triangle somewhat resembles the general features of the capital letter "A". Therefore, as a result, the Ukrainian syllable "sa" will transform into approximately this text:

For the Ukrainian letter "o", circles can be used.
The Tengwar Telcontar font already has symbols for 3 dots above a letter and a circle.
Here is more information about the Tengwar Telcontar font and the font itself: https://freetengwar.sourceforge.net/tengtelc.html.
Please pay attention to the Graphite technology. Not every text editor displays it correctly, plus some superscript/subscript symbols seem to be bugged, because even in LibreOffice Write they still do not display above another symbol, only beside it. At least that was my experience when I experimented with that font.
I can send more details and an approximate example of my rough attempt to select superscript/subscript symbols for that text in personal messages.
All symbols available in that font can be viewed if you disassemble the font file through some program or appropriate online service. For example, fontdrop.info. The needed symbols can then be copied directly from the site and pasted into a text editor if necessary.
The final result will need to be in vector format to then be sent for engraving. In the final version, the ready Elvish text should be taken, your developed Ukrainian text added, a ready separator (punctuation in the Tengwar Telcontar font) added between them, and aligned.
The surface size will then be 6 x 61 mm.
