Create a layout for the landing page + 2 forms (without tying to CMS)

Hello! I have carefully studied the layouts and the technical specifications — I see that a neat adaptive layout with animation is required, without a CMS, focusing on loading speed and green PageSpeed metrics.

1. I propose pixel-perfect layout, with 9 unique landing blocks + 2 pages with forms (mobile + desktop),
2. Image optimization, SVG, and lazy load to improve Core Web Vitals,
3. Animations for block appearance on scroll (as in the example “how to start collecting feedback…”),
4. State switching on click (example with “positive / negative feedback”),
5. Floating lines, hover effects, flying elements, and accent text.
