Working with Olga Romanenko (Dimoil) on the project "Development of Product Label Design" was extremely pleasant and productive. Olga proved to be a professional and responsible client, which significantly eased the task execution process.

Although the work progressed a bit slower than I expected, overall I was satisfied with the result. Olga demonstrated flexibility and understanding, which helped successfully complete the project.

Overall, working with Olga Romanenko (Dimoil) was very positive and fruitful. I gladly recommend her as a client and would be happy to collaborate with her in the future.

The project was not completed because:

1) One config file was created to test if everything works. But for some reason, the client could not run it. I tested all this on three different OS and everything worked from scratch.

2) I asked for the S3 keys, but the client wrote to use LocalStack, which is also paid. Strange. But we didn't get to this point because the client seemed to have run (wrote to me) the project, but then did not run it. I still did not understand.

3) The frontend worked, everything was fine. And the client provided me with a confirmation video (so, did he actually run the project?)

4) The client said he was waiting for the SSL purchase. I suggested issuing a free certificate. In my config file, everything was done for this and the site worked on https (and for the client too, because he asked about the https port). But maybe he just didn't connect the certificates themselves.

5) At first, the client did not provide working keys, but after some difficulty, he did. Perhaps he was afraid that I would use them. But they could simply have been changed and that’s it.

6) This project was not written by me. The client just found it on GitHub. I could not fully test it because not all keys were available. I fixed some errors.

Also, the client needed a lot of instructions on how and what to do, but he did not follow them and executed the wrong commands in the console that I wrote to him. He simply ignored the correct commands.

Therefore, since I tested this project on three independent OS, PCs, and everything worked, it means that the client either did not know how to use the server (although he is a Python developer), or just wanted it this way.

In conclusion, I will say that 50% of the amount was received for the project. Although I performed more.

Now the client will use all this. Okay, let him use it.

Very difficult client who provided a technical specification and a style file. The technical specification changed an enormous number of times during the work, and it wasn't that the person saw shortcomings in their own specification and we just changed them. For example, make a change (the speech in the frames described in the specification needs to be shorter), I cut the frames, reassemble the video, she saw something else she wanted to change, for example, add reviews, which were not in the specification, I assembled the video again, added subtitles. She wanted to make changes again and again, which indicates unprofessionalism and inability to set a task. All the frames for the video that she provided, she didn't like either. I had to replace them with frames from paid stock of good quality. In the style file, there were two types of buttons, nothing was said about this in the specification. I added one of the buttons at the end of the video, as the client wanted. After my next assembly of the video and adding subtitles, it turns out that she wanted a flat button that is not in the style file and which, of course, is impossible to guess. That is, I spent an enormous amount of time and nerves on this project, which was absolutely not worth the money earned. I had to go to arbitration, as there was no limit to the number of changes. I think otherwise this project would not have been closed. I only later noticed that this client has a large number of open and unresolved projects on the service.

Excellent communication, quick response, and clear task setting made the project convenient and understandable. All materials and instructions were provided on time, which allowed for quality and timely work completion. Payment was made without delays, and the collaboration process itself was comfortable and professional. I would be happy to work together again!
