Acceptance of orders for the calibration of heat and water meters

Entry into the bot through a mini-landing page, where the user can choose a convenient messenger for communication with the bot - Telegram or Viber.

The bot presents the company's competencies and shows the advantages of ordering meter verification specifically from them. It then takes the order from the User by asking questions regarding the expected scope of work.

As soon as the next order is placed in a special chat with managers, a notification with all the technical details of the order, as well as the contact information of the Customer, "drops" in. Simultaneously, the newly formed order is uploaded to Google Sheets.

The user has the opportunity to ask a question to the manager. Upon the appearance of a question, a notification is sent to a special closed chat with managers, indicating that a certain user has asked a question, and the manager can immediately start answering the question using the active button from the notification.
