Atmospheric audio sketch for a surreal indie game
A short musical concept created based on a scene description from the indie game "A Dog's Dream." The project author described the game as a series of strange dreams combining a tense, chaotic, and warm emotional atmosphere.
I chose a scene about a girl haunted by a traumatic childhood experience and created a short 25-second audio sketch with an unstable, "broken" sound, a repetitive anxious motif, and a retro aesthetic.
The goal of the work is to quickly convey the mood of the scene without overwhelming it with music, while maintaining psychological tension and a surreal tone.
The game author positively evaluated the demo and noted that the track accurately conveys the desired feeling and fits well with the project's atmosphere.
