AI COO - automatic operational control system for the manager

Client: Chief Operating Officer of a company with 10+ active projects in Planfix.
Problem: Every morning, 1.5-2 hours were spent on manually reviewing tasks, deadlines, comments, and statuses. Commitments from negotiations were getting lost in the flow of comments.

What we did:

1. Daily AI digest (at 8:00 AM in Telegram):
— overdue tasks with context
— new comments from clients requiring a response
— negative balance on projects
— critical situations highlighted separately

2. Commitment Extractor:
— analyzes each new comment in tasks
— if there is a commitment (who + what + when) — automatically creates a subtask
— filters system messages, past tense, short reactions

3. PMO briefing:
— consolidated status on all active projects in one message
— dynamics: what is moving, what is stagnant

Result:
- Morning review: 2 hours → 10 minutes (reading the ready digest)
- 0 lost commitments — everything is recorded as subtasks automatically
- The manager reacts to critical issues instead of searching for them manually
