Inferra Pack is a distributor of innovative, high-quality packaging products and disposable tableware for the HoReCa segment and food retail in Ukraine.
The company is also the official representative in the Ukrainian market of global packaging brands manufactured in the USA, such as: Fabri-Kal, Fold-Pak, Pactiv. In its work, it focuses on an innovative approach and green technologies for the production of packaging materials.
The client reached out with a request - to systematize work with clients to increase sales. The following difficulties were mentioned:
- There was no accounting for potential inquiries regarding products, which did not allow for planning marketing expenses.
- All information about clients was scattered in different places, and the manager did not have a single client database and communication history.
- It was impossible to track which commercial proposal was at which stage, and clients were forgotten.
How we helped overcome these challenges:
- We analyzed and described the sales business process to provide a unified "Rules of the Game" for managers.
- We selected a CRM system based on 43 criteria.
- Completed all technical settings of the CRM for the client.
- Developed a custom module for the client that allows importing invoices from the 1C system into the CRM. This module automatically recognizes the Excel document and records data from the table into the required fields, allowing for analytics on executed invoices.
- Set up sales department analytics.
- Connected the website so that inquiries automatically entered the system.
- Conducted 5 meetings for training managers and the supervisor.
- Conducted certification on system knowledge.
- Developed individual video instructions for adapting new managers.
- Trained the foreign branch to work with the system, significantly increasing their productivity.
How long did the setup take?
The entire project lasted 1.5 months: from the start of the first meetings to conducting training on proper system usage.
We provide ongoing support and technical assistance to the client. For all questions from managers, the project manager provides answers and helps with additional settings.
