Full-stack call analysis platform with AI
A full-fledged AI call analysis platform with a web interface for managers and executives.
What has been done:
Transcription of audio → text and storage in the database.
Call classification: technical vs product presentation.
Detection of trigger zones: which products the manager offers most often, adherence to the script, handling objections.
Quality metrics and automatic KPI calculation. Confirmed accuracy of AI evaluation — 85%.
Manager interface: viewing transcripts and AI conclusions, chat with AI about a specific call (context already loaded).
Executive interface: filters by team/call types, export of summary reports for N-period.
Integration with CRM: calls are automatically sent to the backend via webhook/API; then — a complete processing cycle without human involvement.
History storage: all transcripts, analyses, and dialogues with AI are stored in PostgreSQL.
Technical stack: React (UI), Node.js + n8n (backend), MySQL (database), Whisper/AssemblyAI/OpenAI and Gemini.
Result: 100% of calls are automatically analyzed; managers receive accurate prompts, executives get clear analytics and reports.
