Responsibilities:
Level Designer:
- Designing game levels, including initial blockouts.
- Balancing difficulty and refining gameplay mechanics.
- Rigorous testing of levels for quality assurance.
- Crafting scenarios and narratives to enhance player engagement.
Level Artist:
- Developing visually appealing game environments.
- Creating diverse landscapes, incorporating natural elements and architectural structures.
- Collaborating on the visual elements of key gameplay components.
Technical Artist:
- Optimizing performance for seamless gameplay experiences.
- Integrating visual effects to enhance overall aesthetics.
- Developing tools to streamline workflows for artists and developers.
- Collaborating on shader development for enhanced visual effects.
- Working with third-party assets to enhance visual appeal.
- Creating assets to simplify the workflow for level artists.
Mentoring:
- Providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Sharing expertise in areas such as level design, artistic creation, and technical optimization.
