Main sales channel: Instagram shop, Direct
Task: Increase the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on Meta (social networks Instagram and Facebook). Set up a stable lead generation system for carpet purchase inquiries in Direct and reach a target of 100 sales per month specifically from paid advertising.

PROBLEM THAT WE FACED AND SUCCESSFULLY OVERCAME:
Weak communication (handling) of inquiries from potential buyers in Direct with clients
Solution: implemented a continuous quality control process for the audience and inquiries, providing recommendations for effective correspondence handling. This improved interaction with the audience and conversion into sales accordingly (was: 4%, became: 10%)

SPECIFICS:
The advertising activity of this project involved testing different types of creatives, with a special focus on videos in Reels and Stories formats.
The main emphasis was on working with already tested carpets, which allowed maintaining a stable cost per inquiry within $2. At certain periods, the cost per inquiry in Direct was reduced to $0.90. We constantly focused on efficiency control and responded flexibly to changes, updating campaigns when performance declined.

- Invested advertising budget: $20,779
- Number of purchase inquiries received: ≈ 14,040 pcs
- Cost per purchase inquiry: $1.26 / pcs

- Number of sales: 1,404 pcs
- Revenue (turnover): 2,316,600 UAH
ROAS ≈ 2.79 (or 279%)
