Implementation of Kommo CRM for clothing store (t-shirts)
— About the project:
Client — an online store selling 5 types of T-shirts through Instagram, messengers, and the website. Sales were conducted manually via Google Sheets and correspondence. The main goal is to automate order tracking, improve handling of repeat customers, and timely remind about repeat purchases.
— What has been done in Kommo:
1. Built a sales funnel
Stages:
- New inquiry
- Customer responded
- Waiting for payment
- Paid
- Order completed
- Repeat purchase / Archive
In each stage — clear transition conditions and automation (see below).
2. Set up automations
- Auto-task: after "Order completed" → after 25 days, create a task for the manager:
- "Offer the second T-shirt to the customer with a discount"
Auto-tagging: first order → tag 1st Order, second → Repeat Buyer
- Telegram message: automatic notification in the team chat about a new payment
- Customer notification: after “Paid” → a template message with order details is sent
3. Customer / deal card
Key fields displayed:
- T-shirt type
- Size / color
- Delivery address
- Payment method
- Purchase date
- Added fields for repeat purchases:
- Was there a repeat purchase (checkbox)
- Date of last communication
4. Analytics and dashboard
Built a custom dashboard:
- Number of successful deals / day
- Share of repeat customers
- Average check
- Conversion from “new inquiry” → “paid”
— Implementation results:
- Order processing speed reduced by 30–40%
- Managers do not forget to do follow-up after 25 days
- Repeat orders increased by 18% in the first 2 weeks
- The client started collecting a database and building loyalty
— Used integrations:
Kommo Telegram Bot — for team notifications
Form from the website / Tilda → automatic lead creation in CRM
Google Sheets (export) — for duplicating order history
