Introduction
The company operates on a Russian CRM system and wants to switch to a cool Ukrainian one while saving budget.

Stage 1 Selection
1) There were 3 options: KeepinCRM, Kommo, NetHunt
2) Chose KeepinCRM due to price and flexibility; it also allows adding documents to deals, creating a client map as convenient, convenient auto funnels, and many integrations.

Stage 2 Funnels
1) A cold funnel was set up for managers: Cold client - Contact established - Meeting - Proposal - Working with objections - Agreement approval - Contract signed - Payment received
2) When moving to the contact established stage, the deal automatically creates a task (write business type, vehicle type, agreements)
3) It is impossible to move to another stage until the checklist is filled out
4) After moving to the Agreement approval stage, the template is automatically pulled into the CRM
5) After moving to the Contract signed stage, the contract is automatically pulled into the CRM from the scan database on Google Drive
6) After moving to the Payment received stage, the invoice is automatically pulled into the deal
7) The client card is displayed

Stage 3 Tasks
1) 4 types of tasks were added: Call, Email, Meeting, Reminder
2) The robot automatically created tasks for deals that have been inactive for more than a month
3) A condition was set that the task cannot be postponed to another day, only completed, or it will remain as overdue
4) Tasks update status automatically or manually (In progress, Not in progress, Completed, Needs revision)

Stage 4 Auxiliary Functions
1) Chats were created within the CRM system for communication between employees
2) Each employee's calendar was added for planning meetings
3) A dashboard was created to maintain competition among sales managers

Stage 5 Analytics
1) Analytics on closing the sales plan was displayed
2) Analytics on the number of transitions between stages was displayed
3) Analytics on the number of completed tasks and calls, emails, messages was displayed
4) Analytics on the time spent by the manager in the CRM was displayed
5) Custom filter settings for analytics

Stage 6 Integration
1) Data transfer from the old CRM
2) Integrations with Nova Poshta, messengers (Telegram, Viber), Binotel telephony, Instagram, Viber
