KeyCRM for legal services and business consulting

The client works with legal and business consulting services, where each direction has separate stages, documents, statuses, and control deadlines. Before implementation, part of the processes was managed in Excel, which led the team to face data duplication and difficulties in finding the necessary information.

We transferred the working logic to KeyCRM: built separate funnels for service directions, set up lead and deal cards with the necessary fields, basic filters, access rights, control of mandatory data, and reminders for document deadlines. After the launch, we conducted team training and user support.

As a result, the team received a unified CRM for applications, client documents, and statuses. Managers found it easier to control work stages, avoid data duplication in spreadsheets, and quickly find the necessary information about clients.
