Redacting a bad translation. The Theme)

EXTERN TEXT: a few pages from instructions for pilots in the English language (with inaccuracies, strange formulations, missing signs of interruption, incorrect formatting).
Translation: performed extremely poorly - except that wrongly translated terms are gross meaningful errors (this errors can lead to damage and even disasters); the translator even did not understand that the talk goes not about the car, but about the aircraft, and also passed the hand brake with the leg.
Edit: all the grammar and meaning errors of the previous translator are corrected, the format is corrected, the common style is changed, the orphographic errors are corrected.
