Running an online store and working with customers

I was engaged in full support of the online store: order processing, communication with customers, pre-purchase consultations, and resolving disputes.

I organized the process from order receipt to product shipment via Nova Poshta, monitored statuses and deadlines.

I have experience working with a large volume of orders, maintaining spreadsheets (Excel), as well as optimizing the communication process with customers using ready-made templates.
