Our facility is an online store of women’s clothing with traffic of 2,000 people/day.The real owner decides to finish his business and sell to another person.The actual owner cannot set the process of selling the business without the quality of the staff, therefore, the site for the sales interval of the business receives a huge number of negative reviews.At the start of the work, the shop’s rating on the review was 2.2 points and 23 reviews.What we did:

Evaluate the release on request "brand + reviews".We knew with which fields we had to work first.Planning, plan of action, work started.After the time, the rating 2.2 changed to 3.5.

Instantly spoiler remove questions: we made a mail on the customer base on the e-mail with a description of the situation and a request for a discount on the next purchase, to write a review of the already purchased product in the past.Thus, we get live reviews, remind us of the old customers and motivate us to buy in the future.The discount was small, only 5%.The reviews (who wrote and how) we practically didn’t track, so we gave 5% discount to everyone who mentioned them.As a result, the store didn’t lose anything, releasing the problem of defining “who wrote the review in fact”.This company went a few months, that is, to constantly use such a discount would not be able to.The bad reviews were given by the feedbacks with the request to call the order number or the check.If no information was received in a week, we appealed to support and through them removed the feedback as a potential lies from competitors.In addition to the SERM component, we increase traffic to the site and sales from traffic.
