AI TRAINING
Developed and trained an AI assistant for a transportation and logistics company with integration into Telegram. The bot is trained in the communication style of the specific company and is used as the main communication tool with clients and carriers.
A role system has been implemented: manager, client, and carrier. Depending on the selected mode, the bot conducts dialogue in the appropriate style, asks the right questions, assists with application processing, clarifies transportation details, and supports communication at all stages.
The AI training was conducted through scenario training, dialogues, and real cases from the company. As a result, the bot communicates naturally, without template phrases, and closely mimics the live work of the manager.
The project addresses the task of automating communication, reduces the workload on employees, and improves the quality of customer service in the logistics company.
