4. Recommendations for increasing indicators such as “percentage of placing a product in the cart,” opening a cart, as well as increasing the percentage of transition to each subsequent step of the cart before purchase.
What was done:
To begin with, an analysis of competitors was carried out, which gave a complete picture of the direction in which the site’s usability indicators need to be optimized in order to be better than competitors in this segment. Also, errors related to the points specified in the task were indicated and detailed recommendations for their improvement were described.
