Vector algebra

The vectors p(1;0;5), q(-1;3;2), r(0;-1;1) Prove what they form the base. to know:
a) the coordinates of the vector a(5;15;0) in this base;
(b) a single vector c which is ortogonal to the vectors p and q, if the vector c forms a foolish corner with the OY visa.
